Stichting iBelieve international is founded and primarily financed by De Wittman family -- with the aim to improving the living condition of people from underprivileged communities through free education in essential 21st Century skills. De Wittman family believes that education-oriented solutions are key to positive changes and that the future depends on our ability to educate the children in the disciplines where jobs are available and where economic growth is feasible.

Mai De Wittman is the President & CEO of Stichting iBelieve international. Born in Senegal, she graduated from Cheikh Anta Diop University. Maried to De Wittman family, Mai is the General Manager of Kingz Plaza Holdings. She is a wife, a mother and an entrepreneur. From a young age, Mai have a proven record of fighting for the rights of women and children in her community. She always wanted the best future for the children of Senegal. Through Stichting iBelieve international, she believes we can boost innovation among young people in Africa -- by building nurturing environments and encouraging children to acquire skills to reach first ranks globally in the field of innovation. Like the rest of De Wittman family, Mai De Wittman believes that the future will be for those who adopt innovation.
"The simple truth is, when children succeed, our future succeeds" said Mai De Wittman, on her social media page. "I support projects that benefit children, because that will benefit all of us."
Al Naji De Wittman is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Stichting iBelieve international. Born in the Netherlands, he graduated from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, a.k.a Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Al is a hardworking young man; abound with creative and leadership qualities. While working for UNICEF during a school holiday, Al was motivated to create projects that can bring positive changes in the lives of disadvantaged children. When his father (an entrepreneur and philanthropist) contacted him later with the idea of …doing the right thing for the "good of all" -- He made it his mission.
Al is responsible for the daily operation of the organization in collaboration with the President & CEO.
Director of Education, Boris Julius Césarius HILLAH -- a software engineer by profession and the owner of HRSEED. Boris is a Front End developer Consultant with Coders4Africa. With several years of experience as an educator, Boris has taught computer science in different countries. We are delighted to have him in our organization -- tasked with developing and implementing training and education programs for the iBelieve Centres.
Marie Barry is a regional agent for Stichting iBelieve international. Experienced in customer service, hospitality and real estate, Marie is tasked with working with volunteers in the first iBelieve international's non-profit accommodation which opened since December 2016 in Saly Portudal.
Matus Banas is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Stichting iBelieve international. Born in Slovakia and resident in the Republic of Ireland, Matus is a Linus Foundation Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Technician, Windows Server and Microsoft Certified Professional etc. Matus oversees current technology for Stichting iBelieve international, creates relevant policy and align technology-related decisions with the organization's goals.
Ann Avison is the Regional Director of Stichting iBelieve international. Originally from the United Kingdom, Ann moved to settle in Africa several years ago due to her love for the continent. She is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Zuchian Global Concepts Ltd. Not minding her busy schedules, Ann continues her endeavors to help women and children in Africa, working with Stichting iBelieve international -- with aim to improving the living condition of people in underprivileged communities; irrespective of race, gender, ethnicity, religion or status. Ann is tasked with directing the organisation's projects in the regions.
An alumnus of Georgetown University, United States of America -- Athanse Aina is the Chief Coordinating Officer for Stichting iBelieve international. Having worked as a marketing director for FITT, Mr Aina is also a consultant with Pragxis Technology Management and has many years of experience in information system and marketing development strategies.
As Chief Coordinating Officer, Athanase Aina supports the efforts of the organization -- bringing the iBelieve Centre to needy communities. Mr Aina is tasked to identify new areas and respond to applications from communities in need of the iBelieve Centre's Solar Powered Portable Classrooms.
Anna Diagne coordinates teacher professional development workshops and helps run logistics for events around the country. She studied at British Senegalese Institute and lived in Belgium before settling back in her country, Senegal. Anna is bilingual, fluent in English and French languages. She has several years of experience in marketing and communication for media and logistic companies. She is excited to be part of the Stichting iBelieve International team.
Baye Issakha SOW is a financial expert with extensive experience in accountancy, analysis and financial management.
He provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. Supervises the finance unit and is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Stichting iBelieve international. While he reports directly to the President & CEO, he also assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
Ben De Wittman is co-founder and chairman of Stichting iBelieve international -- a Dutch entrepreneur and philanthropist. Born in Africa; Ben lived, studied and worked in various countries in Europe, Africa and America.
His business investments include hotels, real estate and multimedia companies. His trips around the world brought him in close contact with different types of people and backgrounds. He became acquainted with the daily hardships facing children living in underprivileged communities -- where opportunities are deficient due to the limits imposed by socio-economic circumstances -- where many live in dire poverty with poor nutrition, housing and education.
Ben De Wittman is a man with a big heart -- he established this foundation with his family, because he realized that only giving financial aids, foods and clothing is not enough. He wants to help implement a 21st century solution for a 21st century world. Create an environment where innovation can happen. Create opportunities for disadvantaged communities -- eliminate inequalities, reduce dependency and empower underprivileged boys and girls to success.
